课 教 学 内 容 选自人教版教材 7年级下册Unit3 How do you get to school? 课时的阅读文本Crossing the River to school

本单元的第一课时通过对各种交通工具的认识学习,以及了解了表达交通方式和活动频率的句子结构,同学们已经大致掌握了描述日常生活的方法。第三课时将通过阅读课内文章,让学生了解学习生活的差异,培养学生的爱心同情心,同时也让学生在阅读中学到并掌握阅读文章的技巧,能通过图文阅读理解日常生活的话题,抓住大意和具体信息,同时让其在了解交通方式表达对基础上对日常生活中存在的交通不便问题等有自己的思考。

 

 

教学目标

By the end of the lesson, students are expected to

Master the words and phrases in this section to speak, read, write and be proficient in the use of the following words or phrases: cross,river,many,village,between,bridge,boat,afraid,like (prep.), leave,dream,come true

Understand the meaning of the text of this lesson, be able to read well and be proficient in expressing how to get to a certain place in English

Sympathize with their peers in poor areas, inspire ambition, and work hard to help themselves and one side live a better life when they grow up.

2. Lead the students to understand the passage deeper;

Post-reading

let students do the brain storm: discuss with their partner and think about the questions in 2b;

Let students do the group work and give help;

show some pictures and say something to inspire Students. The students look at these pictures and think out what they should do.
