整体设计思路

This reading article is two dairies about Jane’s last vacation. The topic is last holiday which is so familiar and close to the Ss, So T should help Ss to express and to help Ss who have learned English for several years but may never write diaries in English to learn to write dairies through the reading. At the beginning of this class, T will arouse Ss’ interest to talk about their vacation and lead in the article with the basic information about Malaysia. Then with simple features about dairy, T will guide Ss to read and understand the passage one by pictures. On the basis of passage one, Ss realize diary two by themselves to finish some tasks. This is to help them to improve reading skills and lay a good foundation of writing diary. By the end of this class, Ss will be able to memorized the most important information of the diaries and master the features of diary.

 

 

 

 

 

教学目标

By the end of this class, Ss will be able to:

1. understand the articles with the help of T and cooperation of Ss

2. obtain information about Jane ‘s vacation and could retell it with simple pictures or charts

3. explore the usage and meaning of some difficult patterns with content;

4. get some simple information about Malaysia with international perspective

5. learn to love your life and record your life by writing.

教学反思

Ss are interested in Jane’s vacation and familiar with the simple features of diary. But it still difficult to master the difficult expressions with cooperation as well as it is hard to arouse the interest to keep diaries. How to design teaching procedures to balance the ability improving and knowledge mastering is a problem I need to think about. And I also should think about how to elicit Ss to write diaries and love writing.
