Ⅰ. Material analysis
本话题是第八单元的第二话题,主要学习谈论暑假计划、征询和提出建议的表达。本节课主要谈论假期计划,主要活动是1a和4a。通过Michael, Jane, Maria和Kangkang 谈论假期计划,学习表示计划或意愿做某事的表达方式及表示祝愿的表达方式; 另外还将帮助学生从地图上复习并认识一些常见的国家如: America, England, Cuba, Canada, Germany等;最后,语音板块学习字母组合ure, ui, tion和字母y的读音规则、复习上节课所学的重音内容以及帮助学生通过音标拼读单词。

1. Knowledge aims
能够根据已学语音、音标及发音规则,正确朗读下列词汇并运用于情景对话中:
together, interest, Germany, India
能够掌握并应用表示意愿或计划做某事的表达方式,如:
(1)I want to go to Canada.
(2)I plan to go to Australia.
(3)I wish to travel around the country.
(4)I hope to get together with them.
(5)I’d like to visit some places of interest in China.
能够掌握并应用表示祝愿的表达方式:I hope you all have a wonderful time.
能够从地图上认识一些常见的国家,如:America, England, Cuba, Canada, Germany等;
能够正确使用表示意愿和计划的表达方法进行交际(语法上和情境中合理);
能够掌握字母组合ure, ui, tion和字母y的读音规则以及通过音标拼读单词。
