Starter Unit 1 Good morning!(第3课时)

 

Teaching and learning aims:

1.让学生学会如何用英语在不同的时间(早上、下午、晚上)和场合(熟人之间互相问候身体状况)下,用不同的方式来问候他人。使学生能够掌握句型:Good morning/ afternoon/ evening.

2.通过学习英语国家的问候方式,让学生了解英语国家的谈话习惯的相关知识和有关的文化背景知识。

3.通过以上方式以及对英语国家谈话习惯的文化知识的呈现,引发学生对英语学习的兴趣。

 

Teaching and learning steps:

Step 1

Preview

Let the students translate the following Chinese into English. First ask the student to answer orally, then write down by themselves.

Let the students write their own English names on a piece of paper, then students take the paper with them. Then let the students in the whole class change their seats in rows. Let the students greet their “new” deskmates to practice the dialogue.

(设计意图:通过从整体到细节的听力练习,从课本到实际应用的过渡,让学生在循序渐进中全面的体会和理解How are you?这个对话。)

英语中问候语有讲究,在不同的时间和场合有不同的用法。_______________通常表示熟人之间比较随意和简单的问候。而在早上,我们常用____________,在下午用____________,

反思:本节课主要涉及到了Starter Unit 1的听力部分和各种问候语的规范化使用。先设计了课外的预习,让学生对本届内容有所了解。通过图片的形式,引入不同情况下不同问候语的使用,并且在之后使用听力的各种多样化的练习,让学生对学习内容进行巩固。其后,让学生走进生活,自己编排对话,强化了知识点的使用和实用功能。最后,设计了学生小组讨论解决难点和当堂检测的内容,全面巩固相关知识。但是在趣味性上如何进行更深入的发掘,是值得探讨的内容。
