本节课是第七单元话题二的第一课时,主要围绕康康的生日聚会展开,主要活动是1a24a。通过谈论自己在生日聚会上要表演的节目,呈现本课的语言点,同时学习情态动词can表示个人能力,谈论会做和不会做的事情的表达方式:I can only sing English songs. I can’t sing Chinese songs.从而训练学生说的技能并输出新功能用语。语音板块学习字母n及字母组合oo, oi, oy, nk, ng的读音规则。

. Teaching aims

1. Knowledge aims

     能根据已学语音、音标及发音规则,正确朗读下列词汇并运用于情景对话中:else, piano, disco, perform, ballet

     能正确使用选择疑问句的提问和回答以及情态动词can,如:

     —Do you want to sing Chinese songs or English songs?

     —Chinese songs.

能够谈论会做和不会做的事情:

    1I can only sing English songs.

    2I can’t sing Chinese songs.

     熟悉字母n及字母组合oo, oi, oy, nk, ng的读音和拼写规则。

  2. Skill aims

     能够听懂有关能做和不能做的事情的对话;

     能够在教师的帮助下用所学表达法叙述现在能做和不能做的事情;

     能够用正确地语音、语调朗读对话;

     能够参照图片写出简单的句子。

3. Emotional aims

     通过采用英文歌曲、对话、表演等灵活多样的授课方式,培养学生学习英语的兴趣; 

     鼓励学生敢于开口,积极参与活动。

1.Greet students and sing   a song I can sing it well—Can you sing? Yes, I can. Can you   dance? No, I cant. Can you...? Yes, I can. I can ...well. Let   students sing it after the tape for several times. Then sing the song together.

2.Create a situation: A student   will have a birthday party. Everyone will go to the party. Now, they are   talking about what they will do at the party.

1.Point out a question: What are   Jane and Maria talking about? Let students listen to the tape carefully.

2.Let one student answer the   question. Then point out the key sentences on the blackboard.

 

3.Ask some students to answer the   questions: Do you want to ... or ...? Can you ...or...?

Choose some students to make a   summary about the Or Questions.

4.Play the tape and let students   read after the tape again; Choose some students to read the dialog in pairs.

5.Let students match Jane and Maria   with what they can do at Kangkangs birthday party.

4.Give students some time to read   4b by themselves first, and then play the tape.

Survey and form a table in your   groups. Then report the result to the whole class.

1.Survey some students about what   they can do and cant do. Then form a table in groups. Finally, choose   some students from different groups to report the survey result.

2.Assign the homework:

Review the words and useful   expressions;

Make short dialogs in pairs orally;

Preview the words and 1a in Section B.

Teaching reflection:

本节课重点是选择疑问句的构成结构。在授课过程中,除了教材中涉及到的助动词do引导的选择疑问句外,又补充了情态动词can引导的选择疑问句,为下节课的学习奠定基础。教师可根据授课情况,增减教学内容。
